Ingredients: 1 cup sticky rice (aka sweet rice/glutinous rice) 8 shiitake mushrooms 1 cup ground pork 1/4 cup dried shrimp (small) 1 shallot 2 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp scallion 1/5 tsp sugar 1/5 tsp salt pinch of white pepper 1/2 tsp soy sauce drizzle with sesame oil at the end
*soak sticky rice in water for 1.5-2 hours, then pour out water, add 1 tbsp oil & 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce; mix well
Pork marinate: 1/5 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cornstarch
